All orders are strictly accepted and filled by Snappy Lab Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “Snappylab” in accordance with the terms and conditions provided below.
The customer accepts that these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Snappylab.
The customer’s continued use of the services provided by Snappylab, is acceptance of the terms and conditions as amended from time to time at Snappylab’s sole discretion, which the customer should review periodically. Snappylab is not responsible for any costs incurred by the customer as a result of the terms and conditions being amended
Products
Snappylab Service is available to the customer, for this own needs. It is an application that allows the customer to print and send. Products offered to the customers are described with the most details we can give about. All care is taken to ensure that the information is correct, but Snappylab cannot eliminate the possibility of human error. Nevertheless, if a customer has a question, he/she is invited to contact Snappylab.
Ownership
The customer is solely responsible for the contents of the transferred image files onto Snappylab’s application.
By placing the order, the customer warrants and represents to Snappylab that the proper fulfillment of the order will not violate any intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademarks or other proprietary rights or any moral rights held by third parties. Snappylab reserves the right to terminate the customer’s membership immediately and without notice if these representations are found to be incorrect.
The customer will bear any and all consequences which may result from any violation of such rights and indemnify Snappylab for any liability arising from fulfilling the customer’s order, including all costs, claims, loss, demands and expenses (including all reasonable legal expenses) arising directly or indirectly out of any claim.
By placing the order, the customer warrants and represents that the contents of the transferred image files do not violate criminal laws, including, but not limited to, those regarding the distribution of child pornography. If Snappylab learns of any violations of these warranties and representations, Snappylab will immediately contact the responsible prosecuting authorities.
Granting of a restricted license
Snappylab does not claim ownership rights over the images uploaded to the application. However, in order to offer this service, the customer hereby grants Snappylab a licence the right to copy, modify, alter, transmit and communicate and otherwise use these images in connection with the service, regardless of the medium, technology or form in which they are used.
Returns and change of mind
If a product ordered by the customer is not of merchantable quality or the problem has occurred in the production of the order, the customer must notify Snappylab’s customer service team by email at hello@snappylab.net with a photo attachment of the “defective” product in question, within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
Snappylab may request that the product to be returned to us within a reasonable period of time so that it can assess the product before it agrees to provide an appropriate replacement. Once LifeBuuk identifies the problem with the product, its customer service team will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate replacement.
Snappylab supplies only goods that are made to the customer’s specifications. Once an order has been placed, Snappylab does not accept responsibility to provide a replacement in the following circumstances: (a) the actual colours or tones differ to the colours and tones displayed on the customer’s screen;or (b) where poor quality prints are produced due to the customer’s decision to use a low resolution or poor-quality image, errors in spelling, punctuation or accuracy of any text entered by the customer, poor placement of images, text or embellishments by the customer, poor cropping of images or formatting of images by the customer, or errors made in selecting the size or type of product; or (c) for change of mind.
Claims & Refund
All claims for defects on your book must be made in writing within 10 days from the date of receipt. If no such claims are made, you acknowledge that the book you received is in good condition and all specifications are met.
In the event of a claim, we will investigate thoroughly if the defects or errors are caused by us thereof at our sole discretion to repair, reproduce or refund the claimed product.
Data privacy and security
Snappylab is committed to protecting the privacy of the customer’s personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in Malaysia.
The customer consents to the storage of his personal data on storage media when needed to register for any service provided by Snappylab and to fulfill any order. The personal data collected may include a customer’s name, billing address, postal address, email address and transaction details. This information is collected when information is requested from Snappylab, log in to the application or when products are purchased from Snappylab.
Snappylab may occasionally hire other companies to provide services to the customer on Snappylab’s behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support inquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information required to deliver the service. Snappylab takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of the customer’s personal information.
For each visitor to the Snappylab website, Snappylab collects non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to the customer while the customer is visiting the website.
Snappylab reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice to the customer.
By placing an order, you hereby grant the permission to Snappylab to store and keep your uploaded photos for a period of three (3) months solely for the possibility of reprint order(s) purposes only. Snappylab warrants that the photos will be deleted from the main server upon the expiry of three (3) months from the date of upload completed by the customers.
Return policy
We apologize that we do not exchange and refund after purchase is made.
Delivery and delivery time
Snappylab makes every effort to dispatch each order as quickly as possible.
Snappylab assumes no liability for delivery delays caused by the shipment route. All delivery times are estimates only and are dependent on the postal system and/or courier company, weekends, public holidays etc. Estimated delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. We cannot be held accountable for late deliveries, loss or damage relating to a delivery. Remote locations sometimes can take a little longer. Snappylab cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Quality
Colours that are displayed from the Snappylab application and/or website will depend on the customer’s monitor settings.
Snappylab is not liable to compensate, give a refund or to reproduce any items simply because their actual colours or their tones differ to the colours of those products displayed on the website (unless due to Snappylab’s error) or poor quality prints or images incorporated in the products as a result of improper cropping by the customer or the failure of the image uploaded by the customer to meet the minimum resolution recommended for that product.
Governing law
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Malaysia and the customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of these terms and conditions, which will continue in full force and effect.
